Payments
_What types of payment do you accept?
We accepts PayPal account payments as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit card payments. Cash, check, or money order payments are not accepted.
Shipping
_How much does shipping cost?
VRSociety uses the United States Postal Service to ship all orders (domestic and international). Shipping costs vary depending on what items are ordered. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart.
_Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide
_When will I get my order?
Domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation. International orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks for some countries.
Returns & Refunds
_Will I be able to get a refund or return my items to make an exchange?
VRSociety does accept returns; however, the customer pays shipping costs for the return him/herself. Please Contact us regarding any refunds or returns/exchanges within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Other FAQ
_What if I placed an order, but realized my address is incorrect?
Please Contact Us as soon as possible with any address changes, and we will change the shipping destination. If your order ships before you are able to contact us, no refunds will be given for lost packages.
_Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
Paypal/Big Cartel sends an automatic confirmation email to the email address used to place the order. If you do not see the email there then chances are there was a typo when submitting the order. Please Contact Us for your receipt.
_How can I expedite my order?
